LumaCita takes no percentage of your appointment value. Connect your supported payment provider to receive payments into your own account. Your provider’s processing fees and terms apply separately from your software subscription.
Can I get started with LumaCita today?

Will my clients need to download an app?
No. Clients book in their browser on a phone, tablet or computer. They can sign in to manage their appointments without downloading an app.
Can I keep my existing website?
Yes. Connect your existing website with a booking button, a direct link or an embedded booking experience. Your salon brand stays at the centre.
What if I already use another booking system?
Review your current provider’s available exports before moving. Check client details and future appointments before switching your booking link. Saved payment cards and marketplace reviews may not transfer.
How long is my introductory price fixed?
Your current subscription price is fixed for 24 months from the date you subscribe. Prices may increase for future new customers. The introductory price guarantee does not continue indefinitely after those first 24 months.
